Our motto is “It’s your case, it’s your call.” We do, of course, hope that our clients will seriously consider our legal advice to maximize their monetary recovery. We have had, and expect to have, many conversations with our clients in which we advise them not to accept the settlement offered by the defendant or the insurance company because we did not think it was sufficient and believed we would be able to obtain significantly more for them.
